Compact Disc (CD) + Digital Album

I came across a few copies of the original pressing of my debut album Beautiful Loser via Goon Trax. I have a homie in Japan who put me on (Patrick Gamez thank you brother, everyone else says thanks too!) These are Digi packs and extremely hard to come by, I will sign them unless otherwise specified. I will add a signed photo with a handwritten story from the time in which the LP was recorded. This is going to be a nice package for the real heads. Act fast! The Digi pack is a nice, matte, cardstock, and the art is ill.

lyrics

It Could Be Worse

I used to wait around for payday until I got fired
Couldn’t get rehired early I retired
Only to realize it could be worse
What if I couldn’t spit this verse?
What if I was on my way to my funeral in a herse?
Getting buried next to my co d in the dirt
What if it was never rap never a beat?
That means I’ll never move my feet
What will inspire me?
No music is no life no way of expression
Through my depression I’m still counting all my blessings
Destiny it has to be because its Gods intent
If its meant to be I’m behind it 100 percent
What if I was never born never though of
What if I never saw Earth never saw love?
I take it day by day loving my people
Huggin the block hustling for the root of all evil

I had to stop putting me first
I had to realize yo this could be worse
I could be dead or in jail
Uneducated and frail
Another endangered black male
I had to stop putting me first
I had to realize yo this could be worse
There is really no one to blame
And we can’t complain maintain
Cause you control change

What if your family was plagued with cancer and A.I.D.S?
And someone put a number on you days
Three uncles in three years that’s serious
Cause that’s three brothers that didn’t out live their own mother
Or what if you where born innocent, yet torn with sickness
By your own mother’s dumb decisions
I’ve witnessed niggas complain about hustling and things
And they don’t understand the nature of the game
It could be worse than pumpin on the block with rocks
Runnin from cops you could get locked
Chillin in Comstock for a crime you didn’t commit
Rather you didn’t pull the trigger
Cause of your record they figure to put it on you nigga
I seen it all cause I’m young and wise, yet old
There are newborn babies who get abandoned in the cold
Sistas without a child cause children they can’t bear
Homeless people on my street screamin it ain’t fair

I had to stop putting me first
I had to realize yo this could be worse
I could be dead or in jail
Uneducated and frail
Another endangered black male
I had to stop putting me first
I had to realize yo this could be worse
There is really no one to blame
And we can’t complain maintain
Cause you control change

I sit back and reflect and thank God that I’m healthy
And my son was born strong so I’m wealthy
I want to reach out to some of those who felt me
I’m just frustrated with what rappers tell me
On records constantly whining about grindin
They should be thankful for the chance to be rhyming
Cause its kids out there with just one wish
Some people still ain’t free put up one fist
Because the real
Is this country let us rob and steal hustle this crill
And con people out of their scrill
In some places looking at a man’s wife a get you killed
So less blood spilled no you thugs feel lucky
Opportunity is infinite
Look around you ever wonder why you see so many businesses
So I excepted that it could be first and put my fam first
So my life has worth

I had to stop putting me first
I had to realize yo this could be worse
I could be dead or in jail
Uneducated and frail
Another endangered black male
I had to stop putting me first
I had to realize yo this could be worse
There is really no one to blame
And we can’t complain maintain
Cause you control change

I had to stop putting me first
I had to realize yo this could be worse
I could be dead or in jail
Uneducated and frail
Another endangered black male
I had to stop putting me first
I had to realize yo this could be worse
There is really no one to blame
And we can’t complain maintain
Cause you control change
